Maisha was very good at keeping touch and communication which was crucial since my weather app kept predicting storms during our meeting time, but Maisha kept reassuring me that her Tokyo weather app was more accurate, that the weather would be OK (it ended up being perfect) but also arranged alternate times in case the storms actually hit. She is great with kids (and adults too!) – we all really enjoyed working together. One week after the shoot, we had proofs, and one week after that we had our edited photos. Maisha was great to work with during our Asakusa family photoshoot! There were six of us in kimonos, and she did a great job on telling us how to pose, where to stand, and she knew the best locations to shoot! We loved her so much that when my mother in law returned a couple years later, I asked Maisha if she could take photos of us during cherry blossom season. She was very prompt, gave great suggestions on which locations were best and which flowers were in season. The day of the photoshoot went seamlessly and she had great pose ideas! The photos turned out amazing for both photoshoots, and the photos she took are hanging on our family wall right now!
